Printshop Addendum – Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility
This Printshop Addendum supplements and forms part of the Coffee-Stained Media Terms & Conditions.
This Printshop Addendum applies to all orders placed through Coffee-Stained Media involving physical or digital printed products, including but not limited to prints, merchandise, apparel, signage, laser-engraved items, UV-printed items, 3D-printed objects, and any custom or made-to-order goods (“Printshop Products”).
By submitting any content for printing or production, you agree to the following terms:

Customer Responsibility for Content Rights
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases required to use, reproduce, modify, and print any images, text, designs, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other content you submit to Coffee-Stained Media.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Copyrighted images or artwork
• Logos or brand marks
• Characters, likenesses, or recognizable individuals
• Trademarks or service marks
• AI-generated content trained on restricted datasets
• Fan art or derivative works
Coffee-Stained Media does not verify ownership or licensing of submitted content. Responsibility for determining whether content may legally be reproduced rests solely with you.

Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or halt production of any order that includes content which we believe, in our sole discretion, may:
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Violate publicity or privacy rights
• Contain hate speech, explicit material, or illegal content
• Expose Coffee-Stained Media to legal, financial, or reputational risk
Payment for refused or canceled orders may be refunded or withheld at our discretion depending on production status.

Coffee-Stained Media is responsible for production quality and fulfillment errors caused by our equipment or processes.
We are not responsible for legal issues arising from customer-submitted content, even if that content was successfully printed or delivered.

Acknowledgment
By submitting content for printing or placing a Printshop order, you acknowledge that:
• You understand and accept full responsibility for the content you provide

• You agree to these Printshop Addendum terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

No Warranties
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffee-Stained Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
